4-5 weeks pregnant and BBT dropping

I am 4+4 pregnant - only found out a couple of days ago, good strong line on the test so no doubt about it. But I temp every day, since ovulation my temp has been hovering between 36.5-36.55, yesterday it dropped to 36.46 and today it was 36.37 :( Am I having a miscarriage?

I should say yes, I know I'm being anxious. This is my second pregnancy, my first ended in an ectopic at 6 weeks and I don't know if I'm just working myself up over nothing.

Anyone else temp chart their first few weeks? Are 0.2 drops normal? Anything to worry about?

Thanks in advance

Totally normal for BBT to drop 0.5 per day and rise again 😊

That little variation is totally normal.

When I had a miscarriage mine dropped from like 36.9 to 36.1 - it was a big drop not fluctuations within the same 0.2ish degrees.

Yes, mine did! Honestly OP, the month I conceived was the first one my husband hid my thermometer as I obsessed before this and I asked him to take it from me as I was driving myself mad. (I managed to find his hiding place in early pregnancy though! And regretted it when it sent me into another spin when I saw it had dropped!)

Hello,

congrats! is there an update?
My temp has been between 36.52-36.57 since ovulation too and I’m wondering if the pregnancy stuck?

hope it’s all going well! :)

@Ylime1196 yes, I put away the ava bracelet and haven't put it back on since I wrote this post. I have my 12 week scan on Monday so fingers crossed all is well, but a private scan 2 weeks ago showed a baby with a heartbeat :)
