Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy!

As for the cramping, I remember a fair bit of cramping in my first pregnancy, not so much in my second and with this one, I'm 7 weeks in and I've had a fair bit of cramping this time too.

All I'd say is if you have any concerns at all with cramping or anything else, give the community midwives a quick call. They are there to answer questions like this and if anything sounds concerning to them or they want to be extremely thorough, they'll get you in 😊

Absolutely, I'm 20 weeks and have had cramping all the way through. Also had spotting alongside it sometimes but have been checked every time and everything's been fine but call the midwives if you're worried. Congratulations!

For me it’s eating little and often, as I’m much more nauseous if I’m over-hungry. Then Haribo Tangfastics, Fruit Pastilles, other boiled sweets to wipe the weird taste out of my mouth. And sometimes just recognising when I need to lie on my side and rest for 30 minutes.
It’s got a lot better for me since week 13/14 though. During the first trimester I couldn’t stand to eat anything with too much flavour. Lots of crumpets and toast!

thank you very much, and yes everything smells disgusting !!🤣🤣 can barely touch off food but coming into my second trimester now hopefully i won’t be feeling like this for much longer 🥰. thanks so much for your advice !!🙏
