Hi there! I just found out I'm pregnant yesterday and need to start thinking about where I'd like to have birth. It's my first pregnancy so everything is brand new for me! I had an open myomectomy surgery in October (essentially a C section cut) to remove an extremely large fibroid, which has lead to me having to give birth via c section. I need some help and guidance on which NHS hospitals are best for c sections, and also had a private room for after? I currently live in South London but happy to travel if needed.
Thank you so much in advance!!

Most of the London hospitals are much of a muchness so you're better off picking based on location. I'm assuming your pregnancy might be higher risk because of your previous operation so you might need more scans etc in which case not having to travel too far will be helpful.

For what it's worth, I had my ELCS at St Mary's (with a private room after birth) and it was fine. It's never going to be amazing unless you have a spare £20k to go private.
