Pink / brown on toilet paper after wiping?

Hello,

I’m currently around 5/6w pregnant (I think). I had an early scan at what I thought was 6w yesterday but the pregnancy was measuring smaller, the fetal pole was only 3mm but I was told everything was in the right place and I’m booked in for another scan on the 16th to make sure things are progressing as they should be.

I have been experiencing either very light pink or very light brown tinted urine / discharge after I wipe for around about 5 days now but it’s on and off, it’s not every time I wipe and the colour often switches between very light brown and very light pink. I’m not experiencing any bad cramping or pain. I’m also still testing with cheap strip tests and every one is extremely dark / a dye stealer. So I’m really trying to stay positive. I experienced a MMC a few years ago hence the anxiety over this.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, did everything end up being okay?

I have attached a photo below just to show how light the tint of colour is and another photo of how dark todays test is. Sorry if the first photo is TMI.

Wishing everyone a safe & healthy pregnancy ❤️

That could be left over from implantation bleeding. I'd be more worried if it was red - that would be fresh blood. Try to relax, some bleeding is common

I second @TinyTeacher i had some pink and then a lot of brown at around the same time - it was the implantation bleed making its way out 💕

@bew96 I'm 8+2 and have had this a few times. My consultant said unless I'm filling a pad / there are clots in it, not to worry x

I've had 4 kids and had this light bleeding in 2 of my pregnancies. They referred me for a scan, I was 6 weeks exactly and saw a heartbeat. I went on to bleed again at 9 weeks and again was scanned and everything OK. With the other I had very light bleeding on the day I found out I was pregnant, but as my tests were getting darker I decided to wait till my 12 week scan and again everything was OK. I was told unless you are in pain or the bleeding is bright red, then it is not usually a cause for concern. Hard not to worry though, I know.
