Right side rib and back pain

Hi all I'm only 5w6d pregnant .....
I am having no symptoms what so ever other than a BFP
The last three days I've been having pain on my left side in my lower rib around to my back, it's like a constant dull ache.
Should I be concerned about this ? Worrying is maybe ectopic.

Am not sure if pregnancy related but you have described the pain where your liver is …maybe speak to GP on Monday or call 111 if the discomfort gets worse over weekend.

If its right side as per title it could be gallbladder, if its left side it could be pancreatitis. Id deff get checked out either way to be sure
