Tuna steak while pregnant?

What temperature for a tuna steak is safe to eat during pregnancy? I don't want it to be rare, obviously, but not well done either.

Well done would be over 40c. Just fyi tuna fillets tend to contain more mercury than canned tuna because larger, older tuna species are used.
