2nd trimester persistent cramping

I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and have had some pretty persistent vaginal cramping for the last 3 days.
I went to EPU on day 1 and both baby and my cervix were looking good (previous pre term labour at 33 weeks hence the cervix check) and was told it’s likely round ligament and stretching pain.
When you search online it says to contact your doctor if the found ligament pain is persistent. The pain is not bad at all, more niggely than anything, can feel it in my vagina and sometimes in my bottom. I also have sciatic pain in my tailbone area which I’ve had for a few weeks.
I am concerned and very anxious in pregnancy in general but I just wondered if anyone else had experience the same round ligament pain as in my first pregnancy I only really had it in the usual place around my bump when I got up too quickly etc.
TIA!

I should also add I do also feel a sense of ‘heaviness’ down there. I don’t know if that’s where my uterus hasn’t fully moved up yet? Any advice will be great :)

I’m experiencing all of this yesterday and today! Heaviness around my vagina, kind of feels like pressure behind it. Sore in my pelvic area.. not sure if I should phone my midwife or not. Hope everything was ok for you!

I did post about something similar the other day. I had this for 2-3 days and then nothing but can feel it again today. It does come on after long periods of sitting/standing/walking for me.
