I am 21 weeks pregnant with my fourth pregnancy and haven’t experienced this before. I have a urine infection and on antibiotics but since yesterday at my nipple on my left breast I have been getting sharp shooting pain on and off every few seconds. It feels like a nippy burning sensation. This has kept me up throughout the entire night last night. Is this normal? Should I contact maternity or GP? Thanks
