Bleeding

Hi all I went for an internal scan yesterday they saw a gestational & yolk sac I've came home and now I'm bleeding when I wipe , it's like discharge mixed with blood??
I'm unsure what to do or anything
I'm in no pain at all

@Emilyjaynee666 if you ever have any concerns at all, always call the midwives. They should be able to talk you through what the cause could be. How far along are you? It could be a bit of bleeding from baby getting comfortable and implanting nicely into your womb lining!

I'm unsure how far I am , all I know is that they saw the gestational & yolk sac yesterday on the scan

So quite possibly around 4/5 weeks if I'm remembering correctly. Keep an eye on the bleeding and if you have any concerns, always call the midwives
