Is there anything I need to consider, keep close eye on, or take action on when being pregnant just 9 months after my c-section?

Hey, congratulations!
im in the same boat. I am 33 weeks now but was 9 months post partum when we found out about our 2nd little bean.
Personally, I've had no real issues and not really found it that different from my 1st baby. But I will admit if I do a lot of walking sometimes I get more tugging around lower belly. I do try now I'm in my 3rd trimester not to carry my toddler too far too often either as I found it quite easy to pull round ligament muscles this time (don't know if either of these are c section related tho)

Just rest where you can and lift carefully as you would in any pregnancy. Your midwife might also check your scar once you start getting bump measured too.

Best of luck xx

I got pregnant 6 months after my section and went on to have a vaginal birth - no issues.

My 1st baby was only 3lb so scar was very small so not sure if that made a difference.

Congratulations!
I got pregnant 4 months post partum after section (very surprised as you can imagine). Pregnancy was straightforward and didn't really feel much different to my first pregnancy other than a bit of pulling on my scar in the third trimester. Just keep an eye on your scar and get any pain or discomfort in it checked.
You'll be asked your preferences around birth. I opted for a VBAC rather then elective section. Went well initially but ended up with a cat 1 section.
