This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never experienced this before. I went to my dating scan last week to be told I was exactly 11 weeks and needed to come back the following week as it was too early for them to take the measurements etc. It’s been a week and 2 days since that scan. So I was expecting today to be told I was 12+2 weeks, but they’ve said I’m actually 13 weeks? I’m so confused. I know it’s not the end of the world but it’s just a bit odd as my due date keeps changing and I don’t really know how far along I am. It’s like I’ve skipped a week of pregnancy. Last week I was 11 and now this week I’m 13.
I can’t reliably go by the dates of my last period either as my cycle was completely irregular.
Just wondered if anyone else had been through similar? X
