im 19 weeks 3 days today and feeling my lovely nugget move so much already. It’s amazing ☺️
for a while I’ve had fatigue like pain / cramps just under my ribs on both sides. It usually comes on if I’ve been upright for a long period of time. It can become agony just standing sometimes like it’s just so tight / stretched? It’s such an odd uncomfortable feeling I don’t know if I’ve explained it properly. I’m already showing quite a bit which I’m already conscious of lol
it’s not contractions as my uterus isn’t up there yet, just wondered if this is normal / common? I was very active prior to pregnancy with weight lifting so I’d say I had a strong core. I still train 2 to 3 times a week if I’m feeling ok
