Hello
I’m 32 weeks pregnant and struggling with very uncomfortable pelvic region. This is made much worse by sitting on a hard chair for work. At home, I work on a dining chair at my dining table. In the office, I’m on an office chair at a desk. Both leave me walking like John Wayne.
I’ve been moving to sit in my armchair or on the sofa or bed to prevent the pain but that’s no good for typing and looks unprofessional in video calls.
Has anyone got a solution to avoid or lessen the pain?
I’ve tried a yoga ball / pregnancy ball but it’s too distracting as it doesn’t stay still.
