Low & slow HCG rising, pls share experiences

Hi. Can someone share experiences with low and slow rising HCG.
I had a scan a week ago and they could not see anything at 5w+3d but doctor said it could be too early or pregnancy be in fact even less than 5w as I have a very irregular cycle. Had the first HCG test next day and it was low 449.7. then 3 days later it was 568.7 Growing but very slowly, 26,5% in 3 days and also too low for 5w I think.
I assume it could be ectopic?
I have no bleeding or spotting, just occasionally very very mild abdominal cramps and sore breasts and that is it.
Can you please share your experiences, as my dr is not saying anything, have another appointment in 2 weeks but until then I'm worried about a rupture.

I had this, did say it could be ectopic as nothing could be seen on scan when I should have been 7 weeks, went back a week later and could see something but only measuring 5 weeks unfortunately I miscarried the next day which I was warned I 99% would as the hcg wasn't doubling every 48hrs x

Sorry to hear this.
I had one MC 6 months ago and it happened naturally. But felt different then, cramps and bleeding. Now it's just waiting and waiting and nothing happens... I already stopped wishing for a healthy pregnancy, now I only wish it's not an ectopic

All my other miscarriages I knew nothing about until I went for a scan, thought everything was fine, I couldn't miscarry naturally so had to have an operation x

@cris2 i had similar but lower and they told me the pregnancy wouldn't be viable, to stop the meds and wait for a bleed. 9 days later the bleed happened.

Well, although its bad it was a loss, at least it happened naturally for you, I know this way you can retry earlier... I just hope it will take less than 9 days for me. the waiting is killing me.

Oh, that's what I'm most afraid of. Did you have a baby after that?

No, well I am pregnant now I'm nearly 6 weeks, praying everything is OK after 2 miscarriages in a row x

hello just need to talk to someone have been soo stressed out I had my embryo transfer dec 14th and my first hcg was 71 second one 94 and then 234 till current 359. I had a 5 day frozen embryo transfer and they said iam 6 weeks almost 7 on sat. They told me its prob a eptopic but i dont want to lose hope since they are rising. I have another hcg testing on friday iam hoping my numbers jump. They want me to abandon the pregnancy but i feel its to early! Anyone else have similar situation and have a positive outcome?
