Hi ladies. Just looking for a bit of support as I'm driving my husband mad with my worry. I'm 7 weeks pregnant today. I've only ever made it as far as 7 weeks 2 days with two losses in the past year. I'm so nervous about this. I do feel different to the last time. I've been dry wretching in the morning the last two days with nausea and my boobs are very tender but I notice today I've slight aching in my lower back and I'm so afraid I'll miscarry. I've my first scan in 7 days.

Hi mama

Congratulations on your pregnancy and I'm so sorry for your losses 💔

The anxiety of losing a baby never goes away once you've had a loss unfortunately.

To give you hope, I had a miscarriage at 20 weeks and then carried the next baby to 40+3. But the pregnancy was filled with anxiety and worry over little things.

I'd just say take one day at a time. The aches and pains are due to your growing uterus. If it helps you, go for a private scan to help with your anxiety. I did that and it helped some.

Sending you love and strength and praying you've a healthy baby in your arms ❤️
