Baby’s head measurement is 3weeks big

Hi all,
I am 29weeks pregnant for my first baby.
I had a private scan when I was 27weeks in my country with my own gynocologist and all the measurements were fine.
Then coming back to the UK, my midwife measured me small and I had a scan on Saturday with NHS and they measured the baby’s head 3weeks big. HC is now on the top limit of the chart. AC and FL was in normal range. FL looks slightly dropped.
Is there anyone had similar experience?
I am extremely worrried that the baby’s HC measurement changed in 11days enormously.
Please share your opinions with me.
Many thanks

I had scans 3 weeks apart at 28 weeks and 31 weeks. Dc2's head circumference went from 50 percentile give or take to the 91st. At birth, her head was on the 96th. She's a bright healthy almost 5 year old.

Measurements taken on scales have a wide range of reliability - it is well documented on MN threads that babies are born much bigger / much smaller than the scans suggested.

Both my daughters had heads that were above the 99th centile. Now at primary school they wear adult sun hats and sometimes struggle with kids sunglasses fitting. That's the only time it comes up.

Try not to worry. If there was something bad going on, the medical staff would tell you.

During scans my ds measured around 50-55 percentile and was born 75 percentile for his head. That included one growth scan measurement days before he was born.
