So I'm hugely stuck on this one...
I've googled 100 times and all it says is the oil..doesn't say if you are using as a cream topically...

Has anybody used..
Does anybody know if you can use
Zinc and caster cream on your skin whilst pregnant?

Zinc is fine, and I can't imagine castor oil applied to the skin is going to cause any issues.

When ingested it can cause diarrhoea and this is what's thought to bring on labour - but topically can't see that happening.

Is it a prescription? Or could you just use something else?

@oliveandwell thankyou for responding
I keep getting chafing rash pretty bad between my thighs due to the pregnancy weight and nothing else seems to work! I've always relied of zinc and caster cream because it's magic! But I know during pregnancy you are limited to what's on the shelf

If you unsure about using it, though I think it will be fine, could you get some the thin cycling shorts instead?
