Help 19 pregnant with 3rd

So I've being in and out of hospital for months with severe lower right abdominal pain I struggle to walk ect all tests ( CT scan, Ultrasound, UTI, Pregnancy tests every possible ) came back clear I haven't had no period since the begging of march and the only time this year I've had intercourse was around 4 weeks ago but now I am getting positive tests? but I'm confused A due to the pain I've being having B why I've had no periods but still pregnant can anyone advice me on what to do I am only 19 and this will be my 3rd child.

Book at GP appointment and ask for blood tests to check if your pregnancy hormones are going up to confirm if it is a new pregnant, or wether it’s another symptom that needs investigating. Get contraception sorted while you are there.

How old are your other dc?

You could have had a period beginning of March and then not ovulated, meaning no period in April. You could have then ovulated end of April around the time you had sex and become pregnant. Do you know how long your cycles usually are? If you hadn't missed a period in April would the timings make sense for you being pregnant now?
