Symptoms for different pregnancies

Anyone had very different symptoms for different pregnancies? For my first pregnancy about 4 years ago I was exhausted all the time and ravenous, especially at night. Apart from that, I wouldn’t really know I was pregnant (apart from no period) until 8 weeks when I got nausea. I felt quite sick but was never actually sick and it only lasted a few weeks off and on then done by second trimester.

Im finally pregnant again and around week 6. I’m not especially hungry and definitely no midnight snacking. I’m getting lots of weird cramping feelings though and feelings of pressure and stretching? Really strange as you think this would happen the first time! It can be hard not to worry something is wrong. Feeling a bit sick too but in a different way! 🙈

Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant on Tuesday. And can completely relate too this!
with both of my children, I had morning sickness, sore boobs, fatigue straight away. I had a miscarriage in feb just gone at 9 weeks, which I also had the same symptoms with!
with this one, I just feel tired, no other symptoms other than the slight cramping and stretching, struggling to go to the toilet X

I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant with my second and had quite different symptoms.. a lot worse with my first who was a boy, this one is a girl so I wonder if that's why?!

I know it's all old wives tales but perhaps there is some truth?! I've got such a sweet tooth this time, less heart burn (so far) but feeling lots of aches and stretching pains that I don't remember having a few years ago.
