Morning all, I am 7+5 with my first baby after ttc for 2 years.

I’ve noticed the last couple of weeks my nipples have been more erect and tender to touch, and I’ve had waves of nausea but no vomiting, and some quickly passing cramps.
however, since yesterday all these things seem to have subsided? My nipples are still slightly sensitive, and I’m still weeing I think more than usual. But can’t help feeling concerned my symptoms seem to have really reduced and worried this is a bad sign?

ive woke with a bit of a tummy ache which keeps passing, but no real pain, cramping or bleeding.. so hoping all is well.

got a scan booked in for next Sunday which now feels a lifetime away 😢

I’ve also got a bicornate uterus which equals increased chance of miscarriage so I’m currently a bit of an anxious wreck.

many advice would be really appreciated 🙏🙏 xx

Don’t worry, I had a day when the nausea stopped and I was really freaked out by it. It soon came back!
I called the midwife who said it’s completely normal for symptoms to come and go. The change in hormones throughout your body is insane, so it’s no wonder you’ll feel sick one day and then feel ok; pounding headache one day then just lightheaded the next.
It’s a frustrating wait, but the scan is the only way to know what’s happening in there.

I kind of 'lost' some of my symptoms too. I am 5+4, and have a scan in 10 days. It seems like a millennium away :(
