I had a miscarriage a few months ago and have now fallen pregnant again. I had a private scan last week (20th) and measured 5w4d which is slightly behind where I thought I’d be based on ovulation, but she thought she could see a heartbeat so we left feeling semi-confident. I should add I have a tilted ovary and she really struggled to see clearly.
ive since had a bit of brown spotting. Very light (not enough to even need a sanitary towel) but I was obviously concerned. EPU can’t see me until Monday so had another private scan today (25th). They said they could see a small amount of growth (0.3mm) but not as much as they’d like, but she thought she might still be able to see the heartbeat though could have been blood flow.
ive left feeling really despondent and feeling like this is definitely another miscarriage. Can anyone advise if this has happened to them, and what the outcome was?
