Is it normal to gain 1kg in just a week?

I'm in week 15 and I have managed to have a slow weight gain in the first trimester, only 2 kgs, because I was absolutely ravenous and not eating meant nausea. The weight gain was steady, a few grams per week which made sense, and wasn't as alarming to me.

But after I hit week 15, I stepped on the scale only to find that I'd gained a whole kilo. It may not seem like a lot to some, but I have a history of body dysmorphia and disordered eating so this sudden jump really worries me. Is this normal? I have so much time left in the pregnancy that the thought of gaining a kilo a week is making me anxious and stressed. I haven't changed my eating habits much, and in fact, I am eating less because the ravenous nausea has died down. :(

Would just love to learn more from your experiences since it's my first pregnancy.
