Trying to kick start period need some help

Hi everyone I was on the depo/sayanna press for 13 years been off it now 9 months still no period have had loads of cramping and sore boobs and some stringy cm every month for the last 2 months for like a week. Not sure if that anything but I’d really like to try and kick start my periods and Ttc. Any advice would be very much appreciated thanks gemma

I was the same! It took 13 months for my period to come back consistently. Now I'm regular 31 day cycle for the last 3 months.

Sounds like your body is trying though! Depo stays around for a while I'm afraid 😭

I had this problem when I came off the contraceptive pill. Although after 3 months, I'd had enough of waiting for it to show up so I did some research as the Drs wouldn't help. I started taking Agnus Castus tablets and my period started the next month.
