Hi, so I had a miscarriage in January I did a test yesterday 14dpo and I got “Positive 1-2” on clear blue digital but only faint line on others… please can someone help I’m scared

Both are positive, but maybe leave it a couple of days and try one of the first response 6 days early tests. They're so much better.

A positive is a positive. And they are both clearly positive. Did rent brands use different dyes in the tests. Congratulations x

The clearblue is this mornings test, I’m just keep my fingers crossed! I don’t want another miscarriage ☹️

Make sure you don’t drink absolutely loads of water before you do the test. I did that the first time and it definitely diluted my result compared to the next test I did 2 hours later.

@MariaVT65 this was my 2nd wee of the morning, I haven’t drank anything I’m 15dpo today.

Not tested today, but my period was due yesterday and I had a blood test with the doctors🤞🏼fingers crossed this is my time!

No, the doctor was really rubbish and just that short message, I’ve done a test this morning and it’s not good🥺 my line doesn’t seem to be getting darker just lighter if anything

Being realistic, a line on a pregnancy test is just as much an indication of early conception as the hCG test you had.
Without a number, the hCG test isn't helpful until you have another one with which to compare it.

I do agree that the lines on your tests should be getting darker, but as you're not sure when you ovulated, even that isn't very helpful either.

Early pregnancy is a minefield as you know.

I think you won't know for sure till you have your second blood test.

Or if you start bleeding, you'll know it was a chemical pregnancy.

Yes I tested negative on tests and blood at the doctors!

Following as I am in the same position as you @Emmabaldwinhes, had an early miscarriage on may 31st after 5 days of positive tests (I guess a chemical) confirmed negative with blood test and normal HPTs. TTC again this month and literally a day or two behind you again, I’m on 7DPO based on OPK. Fingers crossed it’s our month x

When are you going to test? Have you had any symptoms yet?
I am trying to hold off testing as had I waited 4 or 5 days with my CP i would have been non the wiser that I was pregnant and possibly spared the heartache. However I’ve just done an Amazon order for some tests so not sure how strong my willpower will be once they arrive x
