Miscarriage

Hi, I have irregular/long cycles. I fell pregnant this month but the line never got darker and I ended up having a miscarriage. I had all the symptoms and then out of the blue started feeling very poorly. If you were classing the start from my last period I would have been 6 weeks but if you were classing it from (suspected implantation) I would have been 2 weeks.
It's been 3 days since but I feel like I've been hit by a bus, fatigue and just feel gross and to add my mental health has been poor.
Is it normal to feel this way? Has anyone experienced this? I'm sure I'll probably pick up around ovulation when my hormones pick up but I just feel so flat and out of it

I remember I was feeling so down mentally that the physical part was just something else in the background I had to deal with. But with all the hormone fluctuations I'm sure it's normal to feel that way. Give yourself time to recover.

Sorry you're going through this. And fingers crossed you get your rainbow baby as soon as possible.

Thank you. I have had a year of what I believe was anovulation and finally I have started ovulating again. I'm hopeful this is the month.
Its really not nice losing a baby at any stage.

I have had a similar experience to you recently, and was looking on here to also find if people also have the same experience. I also had a faint positive for a few days, but it didn’t get any stronger. About a week after the first positive test, I started feeling colder (your temp usually stays high if you are pregnant in the first few months I think) and two days later started bleeding. I felt ok physically through the bleeding which lasted about 10 days on and off, but then started feeling really off a few days after it ended.

I went to a gynaecologist as I was worried about something weird going on. I am feeling really tired and sick, bad cramps and dizzy. They didn’t find anything with the ultrasound, I was worried about ectopic pregnancy or something. But took blood in case hcg remained high as they said it was possible tissue needed to be removed (never thought this would be the case with such an early loss?) Not heard anything back so I assume it is ok. Maybe it is just hormones trying to reset for us both.

I am sorry about your miscarriage, it hurts in many ways. X
