DS is having a day case operation (circumcision ) on 14th April - I am due on 25th April

all the babies in our family are late so thought it would be ok - especially as it will be easier than trying to look after him with a newborn in tow also

what would you do?

It will probably be fine and you can always cancel at the last minute if anything happens! It's a very quick operation and although he will need a bit of TLC and 'willy care', he should be feeling fine in 24 hours or so. How old is he?

Ah he'll be fine. A few slow days in his dressing gown eating ice cream and he'll be right as rain. Obviously you will also need to spend several days slobbing around but by that point you'll probably welcome the rest!
