I've had mild tailbone pain since having DD nearly two years ago. I usually ever notice when sitting on a hard chair for too long, and I have to get up awkwardly due to the pain, then as soon as I'm up there's not discomfort.
I'm now 18w pregnant and after sitting on my office chair (which isn't hard) for 30 mins, have much worse pain when standing up from the chair.
I have an office job so need something to sort this out for the next 5 months! Any recommendations for a cushion of some sort?
I have a wedge shaped cushion from my first pregnancy but it's a bit crap and just squashes down flat. Currently sitting on that plus a normal cushion neither of which are making a difference!
Also I'm sure someone will come along to say I should have had this seen to ages ago....I'm terrible for just living with things. If this can be fixed is it a GP? Physio? Chiro? Any recommendations for a longer term solution?
