Miscarriage???

Hi I am 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant today, I did suffer some bleeding yesterday and today. It was brown in colour for the first 3 times, it has now changed to red with a little bit of clumping. It has settled currently. But it does still come out occasionally. I have also had stomach cramps, they have now settled. I am very worried and think this is a miscarriage. Could it be something else??. There is so much on Google. I'm just looking for some hope I guess...💔😭🙏❤

Why don’t you contact your EPU so they can bring you in for reassurance? Or as it’s a Saturday maybe a private scan? There are so many reasons for bleeding in pregnancy, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you ❤️

@EasternBee thank you so much for your advice and kind wishes. We do have a scan booked in on Friday already but hopefully we can get one in before that. Thank you, I have read there are so many reasons for bleeding in pregnancy. I just hope with every part of me that my baby is still there. I'll update you once I know.❤🙏🙏🙏🙏 xxx

Thanks for your well wishes, unfortunately I had a miscarriage. I advise you to book a scan in asap. I hope everything will be ok. Your bleeding may not be a miscarriage. Let me know. I really hope everything will be ok for you xx

I went for an early pregnancy scan at 6weeks 6 days. All was well and we even got to hear the heartbeat!. However today we went for the 10 week scan, but no baby or heartbeat could be found. They found the gestational sack and placenta. I'm really hoping there is an explanation. But I'm fearing the worse. Has anyone had any similar experiences?. I had a miscarriage last year and I'm fearing the same will happen again. I have got a transvaginal scan booked for Tuesday. I have had no bleeding.

What did the sonographer say? Did they give an explanation?

@EasternBee she said she thinks it may be because of the way my uterus was positioned that she couldn't see baby. But what I don't get is why would she see the sack/placenta, but maybe it's not as simple as that. It was a private scan, she referred me to the early pregnancy unit. I'm hoping baby was hiding!, but I'm really worried x
