Hi everyone,
I'm a FTM, 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Booked in for induction tomorrow. I had some period style cramps yesterday that went but they have returned today. They have been more or less here constantly all afternoon and I feel tired, nauseous. Feels like I'm going to have a really rotten period. Just don't feel myself. Could this be the start of labour? If it is, could I be told to go home tomorrow and let nature take its course?
Would love to hear your stories!

It could be the start of things happening but it also might not be just yet. I don’t think they’d send you home tomorrow unless you were properly contracting. Best of luck for tomorrow!

First DC my waters went before any symptoms. Second DC I had killer back ache all day which became more regular aches at night. Became obvious around midnight it was more than just backache.

Thank-you both 😊 it literally feels like TTC again with all the symptom spotting haha. Hoping tomorrow is straight forward!

I found labour symptom spotting even worse than TTC symptom spotting! I had a lot of cramping and regular braxton hicks come the end but when labour started it definitely felt different - like a definite pain rather than a cramp
