Blighted ovum or too early?

Hi! I had 4 positive pregnancy tests on Monday after not having a proper period just random bits of bleeding for around 9 weeks, I thought I maybe further along than I am so I STUPIDLY went for a private scan on tues. There was a sac with nothing in it, tech reckons it’s just too early but EPU want to rescan on Tuesday one week on, in case it’s a blighted ovum. The measurements on the report aren’t making sense to me as it says cm not mm so unsure what to make of it. Has anyone experienced anything similar? basically I could have been only One week late at that scan if I go off the last time I had any bleeding but it wasn’t a lot at all. How many weeks do you think you are? I had a blighted ovum in 2020 I had a private scan at 7 weeks but they said they couldn't see anything in the sac so likely to be 5 weeks, I went back 2 weeks later (9 weeks by my calculations) the sac had grown but nothing in it, had a scan at EPU the day after to confirm, then the week after to check nothing had grind, it hadn't, had MVA the day after, should've been 10+1
I'm pregnant again, 8 and a half weeks. I went for a scan at EPU at around 6 weeks and they couldn't see anything 100% but could see a yolk sac for sure, went back a week later (7+3) and was measuring correct and saw baby and heartbeat.
There was an obvious difference between the two, my pregnancy in 2020 a yolk sac was not seen at all but this time it was seen straight away.

I'm not saying you're going through the same thing, just wanted to share my experience with a blighted ovum, and it was heartbreaking
