7 Weeks Pregnant - Pink Discharge turned into Brown

Hi,

I had an Reassurance internal Scan yesterday as I have had previous miscarriages , I've had a little bit of like pink discharge today. Which has now tuned into Creamy Brown discharge. I also did have the tiniest bit of tissue in it to. I have had no cramps. Has anyone else had this happen to them and the pregnancy has been fine? I'm just Panicking its going to happen again.

I'm sorry OP, I know it's really worrying.
If all was well yesterday during your scan and dating on time, that's very reassuring.

Spotting is very common.

I had brown spotting at 10 weeks and again at 14 weeks and a little bit of red bleeding today at 15 weeks.

My epu scan today showed a low lying placenta, which is apparently common and can cause this. Baby OK!

@OGC66 the same thing happened to a family member, spotting after an internal scan. She called the scan place and they said it’s more than likely due to having an internal, all was fine for her ☺️

I had it with DS1. He's 24 now. It can be old period blood I was told.

My stool has loosened and I had coffee ground type discharge come out of me. Hoping everything is ok still 😪

@OGC66 i had this in week 6 & 8 and both times it was absolutely fine and I was reassured that if the brown is blood and stays brown it’s just old blood coming out, not fresh new blood so try to relax 🥰
