Has anyone ever had this with their OPKs? I tracked for 3 months before ttc last year, CP in Sept, fell pregnant in nov/Dec ending in unfortunate mmc (was booked in for surgery but everything happened naturally at home). Every single cycle I've had faint lines then one strong line fading out the next day then back to faint lines. We tried last cycle to no avail but I've been tracking cycles since I had my first period after mc and the sticks were same as last year...

I usually have 26 to 27 day cycles and I'm cycle day 19 now, I had no hcg left after my first period after mc. Its like I'm surging for the entire street... have I ovulated? Am I ovulating twice? Am I just going to have a surge 🤷‍♀️ negative pregnancy test...too early anyway lol

Looking at those I would say you got your positive opk on day 15. The rest are negative as the test line isn't darker than the control line.

Thankyou, I'm inclined to agree, just feels strange seeing the following ones so much darker than usual... I'm probably hoping for a link between heightened LH and early pregnancy 😬 though this didn't happen last time.

To add, I am doing artificial insemination, giving the daughter my wife carried a sibling so have to track. We dtd (so to speak) on eve of 12, 14 and then 17th.

Are your cycles/ovulation times usually regular? I have PCOS and found my LH surges were all over the place (appearing very long, often with a couple of peaks but no surge that was darker than control line) as a result of issues with ovulation (until I took metformin which sorted it).

Having said that, if you don't usually have issues with your cycle I'm inclined to agree that you probably had your LH surge around day 15.

Poppins2016, thankyou for response. Yes they are usually like clockwork, one or 2 stronger lines then back to the faint lines again, at least faint enough not to question the lines. I have a few issues and have been tested and scanned to look into pcos or endometriosis but was all ok and have since been diagnosed with serotonin syndrome which was causing most of my symptoms. Also have a slight prolapse bulge but given all clear to try for pregnancy. I have stopped peeing on those sticks for this cycle now haha, will wait a few days and move on to my obsessive peeing on the other sticks now. Thankyou again
