Very confused by my frer test

Had 9dpo I took a frer test and there was a vvvvfl but it was visible and came up within time frame and could been seen on photos. Yesterday at 10dpo evening I took another frer test and again another vvf line this time it was slightly darker and had pink to it. Once dried I took apart both tests to take clear photos which I have attached below. All previous easy at home strip tests have been negative. Period is due Sunday so tonight I took a Clearblue digital ultra early test and came back ‘not pregnant’ so we’re my frer tests a real positive or just really bad indents 😢 is there a chance I could still be pregnant? Are the clear blue ultra early ones less sensitive to frer? Please help!

I commented yesterday, but these are positive. Frer are the most sensitive test so they show up before other brands. I wouldn’t trust any of the clearblue tbh they’re so unreliable. As I said yesterday though, your hcg doesn’t rise daily so you won’t see any progression testing every day

@PickledScrump thank you for commenting again and someone thinking I’m not going crazy! And no I haven’t tested again yet using frer. I have only been using easy at home strip tests morning and evening today which both come up negative is this normal?? I was thinking of using my last frer test tomorrow morning or Saturday as that would of been almost 48 hours (if I test tomorrow morning) and so you think these are positive and not bad indents?

I’ve always found frer very reliable and never had an indent, especially as the second is darker. I would try to hold out until Saturday if you can, should be a clearer line by then. When is your period due?

@PickledScrump okay thank you it does definitely have pink to it the second test and my period is due Sunday according to my premom app

I’ve been stung by frer many times, proper lines in the time frame. I wouldn’t be relying on what they are like once dried as the lines naturally get darker when dried even indents. The CB ultra early aren’t as sensitive so wouldn’t be put off by that. I recommend the Boots early detection pink dye tests. Cheaper than FRER and in my opinion just as sensitive and more reliable. Never an indent on one of these.

@Mummyme87 @PickledScrump update I couldn’t hold out till Saturday so tested this morning with my last frer and big fat negative so unfortunately I think they were just really bad indents. Here’s to hoping my period arrives as I have been having irregular periods and onto the next cycle. Can anyone recommend taking anything to convince? I have been noticing I don’t have EWCM but I have heard quite a few success stories of using preseed?

I don’t think they were indents. Highly unlikely to have two indents especially as the second one was darker. It’s more likely it was a chemical pregnancy.

I used preeseed to conceive 2 & 3. Only used it once each time and got pregnant the cycle I used it. So I think it definitely works. I also have conception vitamins. Number 3 I also drank pomegranate juice before ovulation and ate Brazil nuts after ovulation as well as tracking ovulation using strips.

@PickledScrump yeah it’s really weird if AF doesn’t arrive Sunday I will leave it a few more days and test again… and yeah I have heard a lot of positives about preseed… and what conception vitamins are you taking? I’m taking folic acid and my partner is taking some to… and thank you
