Sore boobs disappeared - feeling completely paranoid

Apoologies if this has been done before, but I'm really freaking out right now.

I got a BFP 5 days ago (and tested every day until yesterday). By LMP I'm exactly 5 weeks, but I think I ovulated 3 days late so probably more like 4.5 weeks. Anyway, I've had sore boobs, heartburn and cramps/backache all weekend. Now I wake up this morning and my sore boobs have completely gone. Is this the beginning of the end?

In the last year I've had a mmc and an ep, then it took me 6 months to conceive again. I'm supposed to be going to the doctors this morning to let them know I'm pregnant, but I'm wondering now if there's any point.

Oh Jess - hope everything is ok. There may be nothing to worry about but I can understand your concern from your history.
Go to docs as planned and ask if they can get you an early scan in about a week and a half.
Fingers crossed for you

My boobs hurt horribly for about a week, (maybe two at a stretch) after I found out and then it just went completely as if nothing had happened. Obviously it could be a bad sign as every womans body will react differently, but you shouldn't just assume the worst, lots of women lose their boob pain early on. You should definitely go to the doctor and get an early scan, they'll be happy to do that for you with your history and your concerns.

Hi! My boobs hurt for 3 days and then completely dissapeared (the pain, not my boobs!)

Go to the docs as planned and and get an early scan.

I'm the same - mine hurt for a few days and then stopped all of a sudden (as did the growth disappointingly - I was looking forward to having big ones for a change!)

But if in doubt, go to dr/mw for piece of mind. hugs
