I thought I'd start a sweet little thread ...

for people to share how they announced they were expecting their ickle bubbas to their family and friends.....

Ether individually or as a group!

My mum and dad were away over Mother's Day, so I didn't see mum on the day. When I next saw them I had her Mother's Day presents in a bag, and had added a little wooden plaque that said "only the best parents get promoted to grandparents".

I'd specifically buried it under the other presents in the bag, so she'd open it last, and she proceeded to get all the presents out the bag and open it first 😂

She looked between me and the plaque about five times completely speechless, so much so I started laughing and then crying. All whilst my dad sat the other side of the room clueless asking what the present was. Anyway she finally got some words out to ask if I was pregnant 😂

You lost me at ickle bubba.
I told them 'I'm having a baby' lol
