Urine sample 38+1

Midwife said my urine sample lit up for everything and could indicate I’ve leaked a little of waters or had a piece of plug come loose…didn’t know this showed in urine test anyone know any more about it? I can’t get any answers off google 😅 I didn’t think more into it until I left now I’m wondering what it means aha

Discharge in urine can show up for protein, blood and white blood cells which would make the strip light up😊 can indicate many a thing, such as UTI or normal discharge/a show. We'd have to look at the whole picture to be able to decide which we think it is. Is she doing anything about you potentially leaking waters? If not then I'd definitely get that checked, would be an unusual thing for her to make a throwaway comment about.

@littlemissalwaystired thankyou for your reply 🥰 she wasn’t concerned when I said I felt like waters were leaking as it stopped and said to go in if it happens again…my plug is coming away in pieces like 1/2 inch long pieces s of thick green/clear bogeys sorry for tmi I know there’s a lot more to come away after seeing it with my son last time 🥴 xx
