Pregnant straight after MMC? Anyone?

Hello ladies, I really need some advice and to hear others stories.

So, I had a MMC on 26th April. I was supposed to be 6+4 but it was measuring 5+2 when scanned 2 days after spotting started. I had the tablets and bled, not heavy, it's was on and off red/brown spotting. I had a scan on 3rd May, which was confirmed that everything was gone. The woman scanning me also said that she could see an egg ready to be released in my left ovary and said it would probably be released about a week or so.

Iv spotted on and off when wiping since then, dark brown watery spotting. We have been trying again since the scan on 3rd. I took a test at 12 days after spotting started, was still positive but not super strong. I then took a test 16 days after spotting started and appeared neg.

Iv had sore and full breasts the last week and all of that disappeared when the miscarriage started. So I took a test 2 days ago it was positive, I took another today to see if it was darker and I'm not sure if it is, but it's still positive.

I guess my question is......how do I know if this is a new pregnancy or the negative I had was false and these positives are from old pregnancy. Today is 3 weeks since spotting started from MMC.

Has anyone else got pregnant straight away, like ovulate a week after bleeding started?

I had positive tests for around three months after my first MMC but a fortnight after the first negative I ovulated and became pregnant then.

No period at all although I bled/spotted on and off for weeks afterwards.

I had a miscarriage last September I think it was at 6/7 weeks. I am now 31 weeks got pregnant straight away, feels like I've been pregnant forever though

Lines will get stronger if it’s a new viable pregnancy so it’s just a wait and see thing really. I wouldn’t run off asking for a scan tbh. I got pregnant after a mmc at 12 weeks. It was a really long, hormonal, nauseating and uncomfortable 12 months

I had a MMC picked up at dating scan on 1/6/23, stopped growing at 9 weeks, no heartbeat. I had medical management twice (misoprostol initially, three weeks later as small amount RPOC). Negative PTs from end of June. I've had persistent spotting since, daily, small amount on wiping. Ovulated yesterday.
