Heterotopic pregnancy

Has anyone suffered a heterotopic pregnancy?
I was told I’d miscarried on Friday, went back for scan today to check it was complete and my hcg has significantly risen. I now have a confirmed heterotopic pregnancy, ectopic in the right tube (my only tube) and fetal structure in the womb. Just waiting to see if that pregnancy is viable before I’m given options

This is so interesting I saw this because I’m fearing I have the same. Had embryo transfer putting me at 6 weeks. Signs of mc all week and falling hcg only today but I had 3 embryos put back in me. I have left pain and fear I’m having ectopic so have scan booked tomorrow and this was given as a likelihood. I really hope things go okay. I’m told if the inter uterine one is still there it can survive. Even if the ectopic one doesn’t.

I miscarried the one in my uterus and ectopic on the right. I’ve already had one previous ectopic resulting in just the one tube.
I’ve been advised ivf for safety

i had a heterotopic pregnancy in August last year, my right tube was removed but the baby in utero was fine and is now 8 weeks old. I hope everything works out for you x
