Anti diarrhoea medication

Does anybody know of any anti diarrhoea medication that's pregnancy safe? I can't get a straight answer from anywhere/anyone! I'm on day 3 now and on holiday in Spain so I'm most concerned about managing the flight home. I've got something from a pharmacy here who said it was safe but Google suggests it's not 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm 23 weeks for reference. Thank you for any help!

Hey, sorry Hun I spoke to midwife etc when I had diarrhea in pregnancy and they said there isn't safe medication for use in pregnancy due to the lack of testing. I was just advised to keep hydrated and rested

Eat rice, bananas and bread.

These foods should help.

Your safest bet would be to contact your midwife who may be able to advise you which meds are safe to take during pregnancy.

@Ttcmumma @Irridescantshimmmer I thought this may be the answer 😭 I don't have a named midwife to get hold of but I did speak to a midwife who said the same. I'm living on bananas and toast for now 😫
