RPD is common in one sex?

Hello everyone,
So my baby has RPD on left side kidney while searching stuffs about it, came across few threads which suggested RPD is common in male babies!
Any thoughts/ experiences on this?

I’m 26 weeks with a baby with RPD in the right and it’s a little boy. We were told at our scans that it’s more common in boys.

Update: this theory worked for me as well,
blessed with boy!!💙 and RPD was normal at his birth
