Yesterday I woke up feeling dizzy and kept getting dizzzy spells on and off for a few hours. Tried to eat food etc but just felt awful all day.

Today I've just woken up to get ready for work and feel the same again, dizzy and nauseous. This is all out of the blue so thinking I should call my midwife about blood pressure..? I just feel like they'll say go to A&E which feels a bit extreme

Just call your midwife, they'll get you in to check your blood pressure. You won't have to go to A&E either the community midwife will see you or you can go to the pregnancy unit at the hospital.

I’ve had this a few times through pregnancy, I assumed low blood pressure but whenever I’ve been checked it wasn’t! My midwife never got back to me so I ended up booking an appointment with the GP instead just to double check everything was okay xx

Yes phone your midwife! I was really dizzy around 20 weeks, I actually had 2 falls in that week. My blood pressure was low-ish but my iron levels were too low (hadn't been taking my iron supplements every day) so it was easily fixed

They've said to come into delivery suite. They were super reassuring that even if it's nothing it's important to get all of this checked! Trying to find my manager to sign out of work now
