I'm about 4-5 weeks. Or I was. I started to bleed very lightly on Thursday afternoon, Friday I was bleeding a bit more but very pink blood. Saturday morning I passed a blood clot around the size of a 50p. Since then I've been bleeding more heavier but not soaking through pads. Passed lots of dark red clots since then and still am now. Pain isn't the worst - light cramps and period like pain. Just wondering if this is a miscarriage? I don't really have any symptoms of it being ectopic apart from very dull pains/cramps on my left side - sometimes they're shooting pains. Also my lower back aches. Just want some advice on what this is.
