I’ve got suspected PCOS (waiting for more tests to confirm), my cycles have always been irregular - I went a year without a cycle once! But recently they’ve actually become more regular at around 35 days. This is our first cycle TTC and my first month charting. So I’m just looking for some second opinions please :-)
I know it’s difficult to say as it’s still quite early on for me. But looking at my chart, do you think what I’m seeing here could be an implantation dip at 10dpo?
I started charting my bbt and OPK so late into this cycle because I didn’t have a thermometer or OPK strips until then. So I don’t have a good idea of my baseline temp yet unfortunately.
I had ovulation pain, EW CM around the days of my peak, and a really high sex drive. So I’m fairly confident I ovulated when my chart says I did, even though my LH peak is quite low. Since ovulation my CM has been C / W and around 10-12dpo my CM has become a lot heavier! This morning (12dpo) I had C CM and an hour later I noticed a lot of EW CM? Which is weird right? So now I’m wondering if I had got my ovulation date wrong maybe? I did read that EW CM can be an implantation symptom but I did a pregnancy test this morning and BFN! :(
symptoms I’ve been experiencing since O:
-nauseous, especially days 10-11dpo
-food aversions / stronger sense of smell
-tingly boobs (this has never happened to me before…)
-hot flashes (again I’ve never noticed this before in my other cycles),
-constipation
-super gassy around 9-10 dpo (rare for me)
-pinching sensation near my ovaries and uterus and mild cramping
-fatigue (but I’ve been working a lot recently so it could be that)
-and idk if this is a symptom, but usually I get terrible break outs around AF. I had a couple cystic acne spots on my neck around 9dpo but that’s it. My skin is the clearest it’s been for months!!
What do you think? Do my charts and symptoms suggest possible implantation? I’m at 12dpo now and BFN so I’m starting to think I’m out this cycle. I guess I’ve just got to keep testing until AF comes. But looking at my graph I’m feeling a little hopeful still? I‘m trying to have realistic expectations though because I know with PCOS it could take me months/years to conceive so I know that conceiving on our first try is super unlikely…
