Is this normal?

Hi everyone, I am about 4/5 weeks pregnant with my second baby (first is nearly 4) is it normal to be this big so early?

I am also pregnant with 2nd child (11 weeks), I was like that at about 5 weeks and I've stayed the same really. My midwife said that everything pops out much quicker the second time and I think for me a lot of it is bloat.

I was worried for a while it might be twins lol but I had an early scan and definitely only 1 in there. It's so much harder to hide it this time though x

Thank you so much! I’m actually really worried it’s twins 🙈😂 but this puts my mind at rest a little! Definitely won’t be able to hide it for much longer 🙈

At 4-5 weeks, the uterus is still firmly in the uterus, whatever that bump is, it isn't a baby

It will most likely be bloat. You might find it eases in a month or so. You will absolutely show earlier than your first, but this won't be a proper bump yet.

You're arching your back quite a lot! I look pregnant in that position 😊

I have never been pregnant and I look like that after a big meal. Definitely not baby

I was like that from 4 weeks with my second, it’s bloating. Mine never went away it just eventually turned into a baby bump. It’s definitely too early for a baby bump yet

The baby is smaller than a grain of rice at 4-5 weeks.

It’ll be bloat. I had it horrendous with my second and looked big quite early on

I was asked when I was due at 8 weeks. Agree with PP it mostly bloat.

I’m not arching that’s the natural curve of my back! But definitely bloat

I was exactly the same, bloat never went down just turned into a bump. And it was only 1!
