I'm 34 weeks and I haven't started producing any. Should I mention this to my GP?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No. I didn't start to produce colostrum until a few days before I gave birth and i was 11 days late!

With DS1 I started at about 16 weeks, but with DS2 there wasn't a drop before he was actually born.
