Please dont judge me I know I made a mistake and I feel so much guilt. I was split up with my partner at that time . I slept with someone else on the 27th feb. I had a period around 14/15march. I got back with my partner on the 17th march and I am still with him. I was 2weeks late for my (april) period so I took a test on the 25th April which was positive. I had an early scan done on the 27th April which dated me at 7weeks. Am I been paranoid for nothing or could this not be my partners baby?

7 weeks pregnant means conceived five weeks ago.

Because you are counted as already being two weeks pregnant when you conceive essentially, if you conceived on 27th Feb you would now be 12 weeks pregnant. Your ultrasound wouldn't be five weeks off.

If you have already had a period after you slept with someone else,(14/15 March) then this baby would be your partners as you got back with him on the 17th of March.

Gestation is calculated from the first day of your last period, not the actual day of conception. 27th April is roughly 7 weeks after the 14th March, so you must have fallen pregnant in the cycle commencing 14th March, probably around the end of March/beginning of April.
