Hi everyone I’m 6+2 and on Monday started feeling really off it and since then have had constant nausea all day and even woke me up at 1am this morning! I’m exhausted not sleeping already now having constant sick feeling is making me feel rubbish. I’m eating small meals and snacking on ginger biscuits and drinking sparkling water and ginger ale. Just wondered if anyone else has got any tips to help the nausea as iWork full time in a customer facing role, Thankyou xx

Hi OP,
Take it easy and rest.
You may have hyperemesis gravidarum
I had it in my pregnancy and all I did was be sick but it did fizzle out!
So don't worry - hopefully the sickness ends soon :)

I had HG for both, first time was hell, sick 30 times a day, lighter full term pregnant than pre pregnancy and only put on about 10 lbs.
No one listened
Second time I was listened to and given antisickness tablets from 6 weeks which I needed throughout. Ironically dc2 was over a lb smaller than dc1.

If you can wait it out then it may get better by 12 weeks. If not I'd speak to the gp or midwife for some antisickness.

Dont let yourself get hungry, keep eating small amount even thought it is horrific. Keep hydrated and know it is temporary.
I had really bad nauesea and diareah from week 6 -10 and it had now eased.
