10 and 11 dpo BFN and then 16 DPO BFP!!

Hi mommies and wannabe mommies!😇

I just got this wonderful news a few hours ago. Today I was 2 days late of my period (I have a 28day cycle). Tested on a frer and saw my BFP. 🥹

A few days ago tested at 10 dpo and 11 dpo and there wasn’t even the faintest line. It was 100% BFN.

So, I am wondering now, is there still a chance for me to have a chemical pregnancy or have I just crossed that border? Btw I am going to see my doctor first thing in the morning for a blood test…

Congratulations so happy for you!! I'm currently 10-12dpo but AF isn't due for 5 more days and I was losing hope that I'm still getting bfn but I guess you never know.

It's when you get past 6 weeks when there's no chance of chemical. It's classed as early miscarriage at that point.

Went to see my doctor, and I am now at 4 weeks and 3 days. Beta HCG level is 173.5... He said this number is good enough. Hope it won't decline and raise within 48 hours, we will see!

This is exclactly my situation today! I tested this am ( 10 DPO) with an easy at home strip and was a stark white...not even a hint of a line but I feel the last few days I've had cramps and leg pain. Like period pain but AF is like clockwork and not due for 5 more days . Im living in hope, trying to think positive but not sure if I'm kidding myself. What was your outcome? Hope you don't mind me asking.

@RCARB Hey! No I don't mind you asking 🙂. Unfortunately that month I hadn't concieved but I finally got my bfp this month so hoping it sticks! I got my bfp at 10dpo on a frer but think I would have got a faint positive the day before I just hadn't tested. I had given up tbh lol x

@RCARB thank you!! Honestly I'm just anxious 😅 I've been trying since march 2022 with a 14 week loss in there so it's hard to get excited! Eventually I will tho I'm certain x
