How long after a chemical pregnancy can you TTC again?

Are your chances higher straight after? I read that you can be more fertile straight after but unsure if this is true or not.

Thank you!!

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I've had 3 MC's and tried to find actual literature/medical journals about whether you are indeed 'more fertile' after a loss. I couldn't find anything! With my earliest MC at 7 weeks- my period started exactly 30 days after the MC and it was like nothing had happened. I would think a chemical would be similar and you should ovulate fairly soon afterwards.

I certainly wasn't 'more fertile' after the 1st MC as TTC 1 yr before becoming pregnant again, then needed IVF to then MC the 3rd. Best of luck OP x

I had a chemical in 2018, didn’t have a period and got pregnant straight after with my nearly 4 year old

had another chemical this March, now pregnant but still early days

good luck x

@hermansherman are your periods regular ? Really hope it comes soon for you so you can try again. I tracked my BBT and used ovulation sticks which help me catch my fertile days. I’ve already had 3x miscarriages in a row before this pregnancy so hoping for the best x

@TTCxox

I'm so so sorry 😞

Yes my periods are regular - 29-33 days but I've never had a 'set' period length like some women will always get theirs on day 28. I've never been like that.

I track ovulation too 😞 x

I have been ttc #3 for 19months, had a chemical last cycle and everything returned to normal immediately.. I conceived the next cycle and very early pregnant now
