Stomach problems

I am currently 9+1 weeks pregnant with my first. Not all the time, but sometime when I eat my lunch or tea, right after my stomach starts feeling funny and I feel ill. My stomach is churning and basically making me feel like I’ve just eaten something bad. I have to lie down and just take a half hour break from everything to let me stomach relax. The best way to describe it is the feeling you get just before you get diarrhoea, so all the symptoms minus the diarrhoea (thankfully!!!). Today it’s happened twice, once after eating a salad and once after eating a bolognaise. I have been very lucky up to now with symptoms as I’ve only felt nauseous here and there and it’s a next to nothing feeling. So im just really confused to this feeling. Any advice/help will be much appreciated! Tia

This is normal :-(
the only thing that helped me was basically eating a very small meal in the evening, and moving my main meal for lunch.
for me, I had this until 13 weeks. So be prepared for the long haul!

Or rather, have very small regular meals in general. And stay off the sugary things, they made it way worse for me.
